1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Magic Mike's Painting Galore and More ("Company") for painting services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer.

2. Service Agreement
All services require a written estimate or contract outlining:

• Scope of work

• Project specifications

• Pricing and payment terms

• Project timeline
  The signed estimate serves as the binding agreement between both parties.

3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date.
3.2 A deposit of 30-50% may be required for projects exceeding $2,000.
3.3 Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Project Scheduling
4.1 The Company will provide an estimated start and completion date.
4.2 Weather conditions may affect exterior project timelines.
4.3 Customer must provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling requests.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to work areas

• Remove fragile items from work zones

• Secure pets during work hours

• Maintain proper climate control for interior projects

• Disclose any known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, etc.)

6. Warranty
6.1 The Company provides a:

• 2-year warranty on interior workmanship

• 1-year warranty on exterior workmanship
  6.2 Warranty covers peeling, blistering, or abnormal wear of properly applied coatings.
  6.3 Warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Structural issues

  • Water intrusion

  • Improper maintenance

  • Natural disasters

7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 Company liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
7.2 Company is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions

• Damage from uncovered furniture/items

• Issues arising from improper surface preparation by others

• Color selection dissatisfaction after application

8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Customer may cancel with 72 hours notice without penalty.
8.2 Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee up to 25% of project estimate.
8.3 Company reserves right to cancel contracts with full deposit refund if unable to perform services.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation.
9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Cascade County, Montana courts.
9.3 Customer agrees to waive right to jury trial in any dispute.

10. Safety Compliance
Company follows all OSHA safety standards. Customer must disclose any hazardous materials before project begins. Additional fees may apply for special containment or disposal requirements.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Montana state laws. Any legal action must be filed in Cascade County within one year of service completion.

12. Changes to Terms
Company reserves right to modify these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
